One of the notable features of the sales center is the use of black and red as the main colors. These colors, traditionally associated with nobility, have been used as decorations for centuries. The Vanke Zhen Wan Fu project started in January 2021 and was completed in May 2021 in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The design team, led by Wally Mau, meticulously crafted every detail to ensure the space reflects the essence of the local culture and landscape.

This exceptional design has been recognized for its creativity and ingenuity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate outstanding technical and creative skills, contributing to the improvement of quality of life.
